NOTICE: This software and all associated documentation, source code,
object code, and related materials (collectively, "Software") are the
exclusive property of MetaProdTrace and its affiliates (the "Holder").

1. GRANT OF LICENSE

   This Software is licensed, not sold. The Holder grants a limited,
   non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use this
   Software solely within the internal operations of the Holder and
   its subsidiary companies, divisions, and affiliated entities
   (collectively, the "Holding Group").

2. RESTRICTIONS

   Without the prior written consent of the Holder, you may NOT:

   a) Copy, reproduce, or duplicate the Software or any portion thereof;
   b) Distribute, publish, sublicense, sell, lease, rent, or otherwise
      transfer the Software to any third party outside the Holding Group;
   c) Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble,
      or create derivative works based on the Software;
   d) Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices, labels, or marks
      on the Software;
   e) Use the Software to provide services to third parties (SaaS, hosting,
      consulting, or otherwise);
   f) Disclose the source code or any technical details of the Software
      to any person or entity outside the Holding Group.

3. CONFIDENTIALITY

   The Software constitutes confidential and trade secret information of
   the Holder. All employees, contractors, and agents of the Holding Group
   who access this Software must be bound by confidentiality obligations
   no less restrictive than those set forth herein.

4. NO WARRANTY

   THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS
   OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF
   MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

   IN NO EVENT SHALL THE HOLDER BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL,
   SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED
   TO THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE.

6. TERMINATION

   This license is effective until terminated. The Holder may terminate
   this license at any time without notice. Upon termination, all copies
   of the Software must be destroyed.

7. GOVERNING LAW

   This license shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the
   laws of the jurisdiction in which the Holder is incorporated, without
   regard to conflict of law principles.
